Processing Instructions
FYTOBYTE LIMITED shall only process personal data on documented instructions from the User/Client.
Confidentiality
We ensure that persons authorized to process the personal data have committed themselves to confidentiality.
Sub-processors
We use trusted third parties (like Google Cloud or AWS). We remain fully liable to the Client for the performance of sub-processors.
Security
We implement technical and organizational measures (Encryption, Firewalls) to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.
